Picasso's Colour Studio is a full-service salon located in the city of Riverside. We are a Paul Mitchell Focus Salon, meaning we only use and recommend Paul Mitchell products. Why Paul Mitchell you ask? Well it was an easy decision for us. Not only does Paul Mitchell provide outstanding products, they provide hours of continuing education for our stylists. We take continuing education so seriously, because we want every person who comes into our salon to have a wonderful experience, from the moment they enter our doors.
In addition to all that, the Paul Mitchell Corporation is dedicated to giving back to the community and the world through dozens of charities, and fund-raising events. We at Picasso's are happy to be part of such a wonderful team. Owner and lead stylist, Cynthia Bleier, is a Paul Mitchell National Educator as well as a certified trainer through the State of California's apprenticeship program. She has been a stylist for over 20 years, and dedicates herself and her team to giving you a remarkable experience.
